Designer Pieces at a Bargain

Hey Beautiful Souls!

I  Hope you had an amazing summer.   As we wrap up vacations, late-night outings, and fun in the sun, and prepare the little ones for back to school, let’s not forget all the amazing summer fashion you’ve showcased. Many department stores are gearing up for their end-of-summer sales. Big department store names such as Neiman Marcus, Saks Fifth Avenue, Dillards, Nordstrom, and Bergdorf Goodman ended summer with a BANG! I took advantage of their whooping 65% or more off Designer Sales. This is the ultimate time to purchase a wardrobe for next year's season at affordable prices. How AMAZING is that Queens! Besides, who's not excited about getting more for their dollar?

Here are some tips that would effortlessly prepare you in advance for your must-have fashion needs when you are in between seasons.

  • Online shopping is indeed the new wave of convenience at your fingertips.  With nearly all my favorite shopping Brands, I ensure I download their apps and of course, create an online account. Being dedicated to checking my email routinely, helps me not miss out on new designs, pre-order opportunities, and SALES.

  • Creating a favorites list 💟 is one of the most resourceful tools on Brand websites.  It will alert you if something becomes available and of course, inform you of SALES SALES and more SALES!! This has allowed me to save items that I may not be sure about purchasing at that time and I tend to not forget about those special pieces that I admire.

  • Of course utilizing third-party companies such as LTK, Fashionphile, Shop Style, and Poshmark are all great platforms for New and Gently Used Merchandise at discounted prices. Also, you can gather fashion ideas from some of the top Social Media Influencers. In case you’ve ever wondered where these fashionistas' looks are purchased, you too can get the look.

  • Last but not least, traditional in-store shopping. This form of taking advantage of sales will never run old for me. Although newspaper and mail ads are slowly drifting away, coupon clippings and seeing those large bold print percentage signs gets me super excited. Shopping is a sort of therapy for so many people and I enjoy browsing the sales rack at my own pace. I consider myself a traditional shopper because the visual and physical aspect of shopping allows me to touch the material and gives me a feel for the quality and texture of the product.

No matter what method of shopping you decide to use, make sure you enjoy the idea of saving money and taking advantage of the best deals possible while looking great in style!

With Gratitude,
